the hotel is just a few steps from Cake City and Brew Bistro Fortis, making it perfect for quick city strolls and tasty meals, and I really enjoyed the good views of the city from the terrace where I could relax after my walking adventures.

The staff at the front desk were exceptionally helpful, assisting with our check-in process and always greeting us with a smile.

The bathroom in our room could use some maintenance, as we encountered issues like a sink that didn’t drain well and outdated fixtures.

The hotel’s entrance on the 5th floor felt unusual, and while the food was decent, it took quite a while to be served with the order.

The shower in the room is elevated, which is inconvenient and raises safety concerns, especially with no grab bar to assist when stepping down. There's a lack of charm to the hotel being spread across two floors of a building with empty offices, and the noise insulation from the windows could use some serious improvement. Also, the Wi-Fi connectivity is unreliable, making it tough for remote work, and AC issues led to persistent dripping.
